Candidate Statements online
You are invited to provide your candidate statement online.
This will make it easier for the TEC to accurately produce the candidate statement pamphlet. It will also allow you to see your statement in a format similar to how it will appear in the pamphlet.
You will still need to print out your statement, and then sign and lodge it with the Returning Officer along with your nomination form.
Call 1800 801 701 if you have any questions or concerns.
IMPORTANT: Your statement will not be officially accepted until the returning officer receives the signed copy.
Can I change my statement?
If you need to change your statement you can enter a second statement online.
However the version lodged with your nomination will be used, so make sure you lodge the correct printed copy of your statement with your nomination form.
